At Chicagobuss, we’re dedicated to ensuring every order from chicagobuss.com is delivered quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This policy explains how CHICAGOBUSS SHOP LLC manages order processing, shipping, and delivery for all online purchases.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or major promotions, processing may take a bit longer — but we’ll always keep you informed through real-time order updates.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note that delivery estimates can vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or destination distance.

Shipping Coverage

Chicagobuss proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • The carrier’s details

  • Your unique tracking number

  • A direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

Risk of Loss & Title

All shipments are sent FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once it’s accepted by the carrier. When a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order seems delayed or missing, please:

  1. Confirm your shipping address is correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or anyone who may have accepted the package for you.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

If you still can’t locate your order, contact us at support@chicagobuss.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate and assist wherever possible. For stolen packages, please file a report with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, our team will do our best to support you.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to you immediately. You can choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost)

Multiple Shipments

Some multi-item orders may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. Each package will include its own tracking number for your convenience.
